This is an 11" x 14" painting in oil on canvas of my version of the Full Moon and Stars surrounding it,with an occasional Comet streeking by.
The paint was applied very thick on the Moon to give it dimension and when you turn out the lights the stars will glow.

MY INSTRUCTION WAS IN LANDSCAPE AND SEASCAPE PAINTING TAUGHT IN WORKSHOPS IN SAN BERNARDINO CALIFORNIA BY MASTER PAINTING INSTRUCTOR "Bernie Oropallo" WHO RESIDES IN FLORIDA. I HAVE BEEN PAINTING SINSE 2009. I HAVE ALWAY'S ENJOYED ART BUT LIFE GOT IN THE WAY AND I NEVER PURSUED IT UNTILL AFTER MY RETIREMENT IN 2007. I CONTINUE TO PAINT WITH MY OWN DESIRE TO COMPLETE THE NEXT PICTURE.
